Postdoctoral Fellowship–IBM/ Western/Robarts/Lawson /LHSC/SJHC -Medical Image Analysis and Visualization andBig Data
Twopostdoctoral fellowships (Medical Image Analysis and Big Data) are available in the Digital Imaging Groupof, London, ON, Canada.
They willconduct cutting-edge research with leading researchers in IBM, the Universityof Western Ontario (Western), Robarts Research Institute, Lawson HealthResearch Institute, and London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), and St. Joseph'sHealth Care (SJHC) in the field of medical image analysis and visualization.They will also gain opportunities to directly interact with radiologists forproblem definition, solution development, and validation.
GENERALREQUIREMENTS:
We will onlyconsider excellent scholars having degrees (or will have) from computerscience, electrical engineering, or an engineering discipline with aninter-disciplinary background in some of the following areas: image processingand visualization, computer vision, pattern recognition and machine learning.They should have a proven record in research, innovative thinking, real-worldproblem solving and fast prototyping.
